Had a judgment against someone and they made 2 payments and then moved. You guessed it...no more payments. To top it off, I work in the same building and I see her periodically and she just turns her head and walks by. So she obviously has no intention of paying. She's civil servant so wage garnishment isn't possible without her SSN. She's in for a big surprise when not only is she going to be paying the original debt but also the fee for this search and additional fees to file for wage garnishment and my time off from work.

My mother needed SSN for 1099 on a guy who helped with farmwork. He ended up being a piece of work and after getting paid, no where to be found. Yes, it was our fault for not getting that information at time of hire but one doesn't ask that right away in sheer respectful consideration. But as it turned out, he was the inconsiderate, disrespectful fellow for which he did get paid but fast-forward to January the following year and you need to 1099 them...good luck on getting SSN! My lawyer didn't even know this site was available. Fortunately, it is for legitimate, legal, ethical reasons such as ours. Super impressed, super happy! Super fast -- time to get taxes filed after overcoming that roadblock. The fee very worthwhile --- as peace of mind is worth more than dollar signs.

We discovered that through an error we had not prepared a 1099 form for a subcontractor and was in violation of IRS requirements concerning the deadline of Jan. 31, 2015 and although we attempted to contact this person was unable to do so. After someone recommended your company we requested you locate a SSN so we could complete the 1099 form all the while praying that it would be done quickly in order to get us out of hot water. Despite our expectation that this would take a few days we were pleasantly surprised when the information we requested was given to us within 3 hours! We have been trying to contact lost parties to an estate settlement for taxes owed. At least 10 hours over a 5-day period were spent making phone calls and sending emails to last known contacts for sensitive info needed to complete tax returns... all to no avail. Our company has a policy of having all Subcontractors complete a W9 before paying any money to them on a job. We moved our offices recently, and some files Have been misplaced in the shuffle. After being in a dilemma for the past 3 months searching for a lost W9, I found Docusearch online. Elder care includes LOTS of unexpected responsibilities, including filing 1099's for those many home health care folks who are needed when people become ill far from their families. What a mess to step into after the fact. All I had were cancelled checks to work from. I was able to track down addresses online...but couldn't get in touch with everyone to obtain their social security numbers. THANK YOU Docusearch.com. Desiring to evict this deadbeat tenant, but without knowledge of the tenant's social security number, I had no way of completing the Affidavit of Non-active Military Service. In desperation, I turned to DocuSearch. All I had was the name of the tenant, the current address, and the approximate age. DocuSearch came through with the tenant's social security number within a business day. Quicker results and with less effort than using a private investigator as I have done in the past. I can enter an order at my convienience, usually in the evening, and view the resuts in the same way. This is an much more user friendly method and without the phone tag of my prevous method.

I luckily stumbled upon this site and I'm so grateful! I had a sitter who refused to give me her information so I could file a 1099 tax form, so she didn't have to pay taxes!
