You may search civil court records for any civil proceeding or actions filed by or against your subject. Civil Records- Lower Court will return any smaller dollar claims or small claims filings. Civil Records- Upper Court will search larger dollar claims, including circuit civil litigation. You may also search both upper and lower courts with Civil Records- Combo in any respective county. County-Wide Civil Court Record Searches allow customers to obtain information relating to current cases in a requested county. The advantage of working with private investigators is not only the quality of information received, but also that it is obtained on-site in the county of your choice. This search will return information such as the case number, cause of action, disposition or current status, as well as any details about the case and litigants involved (when available) providing that the action has occurred in the last ten years. Unfortunately, this search will not return case transcripts. There are also limits protecting separate family and probate courts from being searched. Each county varies with regard to what is maintained in its upper (Circuit) and lower (County) courts, normally pending the dollar amount involved. Typically lower courts include small claims and civil litigation under the amount of $5000. There is a limit of ten record searches.

This search will not return case transcripts. Separate family and probate courts cannot be searched, and there is a maximum of ten records searched.
